Delivery and Payment
We ship worldwide to more than 100 countries, from US and EU warehouses using 'UPS Express', 'USPS', "NOVA POST Global" and Ukraine's National Post Service 'UkrPoshta'.
1. After you proceed your order with payment - we take 24 hours for dispatch. We register shipping documents and you parcel is already at the post sorting center, secure and accurately packed.
* Exceptions are public holidays and weekends when the postal service is closed
2. We provide tracking number and instrustions, you can watch the way using links

3. We use airmail only (no landline), it's more expensive, but it won't take too long to wait.
4. Delivery time depends on shipping method and your location. It usually takes 7-10 business days for "UPS", 10-15 business days for "NOVA POST" and 10-20 business days for "UKRPOSHTA" to reach the destination address.
5. Pay attention to your personal information while completing an order. Phone number, address, zip code, first and second name are obligatory for shipping. In case of providing incorrect information, neither we nor postal services can be responsible for the delivery terms and quality.
